Disable Kindle Detection
Hi, is there a way to disable the Kindle 3 detection?

Preferences, Advanced, Plugins, Device Interface Plugins, click on the Kindle Device Interface, click disable.

Thanks user_none, I had disabled the Kindle plugin but it seems I disabled Kindle 1's plugin. lol

The Kindle 1, 2 and 3 all use the same plugin.

I got: Kindle Device Interface, Kindle 2/3 Device Interface and Kindle DX Device Interface.
I had disabled "Kindle Device Interface", when I disabled "Kindle 2/3 Device Interface" it stopped finding my Kindle.

My mistake the K1 uses a different plugin than 2 and 3. You should be seeing 3 plugins for the Kindle: "Kindle Device Interface", "Kindle 2/3 Device Interface", and "Kindle DX Device Interface"

Disabling "Kindle 2/3 Device Interface" should only disable finding the Kinndle 2 and 3. Leave "Kindle 2/3 Device Interface" enabled to have it find the Kindle 1.
