Fetch News for The Wall Street Journal (En) is not downloading it's articles

When I use Calibre's Fetch News, The Wall Street Journal (En and paid subscriber) recipe is not downloading its articles. This problem just started a few days ago.The resulting epub has its cover and table of contents but no articles or images. It does this on Calibre Version 1.48 in WinXp and V2.1 in Windows 7.

Operating Systems used WinXp or Windows 7.

Steps Used:
1) Go to Calibre's Fetch News
2) Select English then select The Wall Street Journal (En)--paid subscriber version
3)Enter Name and PW
4)Hit Download Now

I'm using the corrrect user and password.

The Calibre Jobs, show details, shows articles downloading from their correct web address , but they don't arrive in the Calibre's temp working folder. No errors are reported. You get a 100% finish notice. The download epub's size is around 0.3Mb. A normal WSJ epub download size is around 6Mb.

I can manually log into the WSJ website and view the articles that are reported fetched in Calibre's show details but not downloading.

Is there away to debug Calibre or the wsj recipe to find out why the fetched articles are not downloading and appearing in the epub?

This is my first post. Hope it works.
