ebook reader with large (multi) touch

hi,

i always wonder why those readers are beeing promoted with "large" displays and if you look to the details the mean 10,1" .....

what i am looking for is a reader which you can read over a larger distance, lets say 1meter (about 3 ft.). the portability might not be optimal but it might be used for displaying sheetmusic (pdf) -> the (optional) touch helps you to write annotations (handwriting) with the stencil, or you can read scientific literature when writing a paper....

of course price matters, but why do i need to buy a all-in-one-pc instead of a ebook reader / tablet pc only because the have lager displays.

has anyone a solution?
nice regards
M.
