The Week magazine

Is there any way to improve the recipe for The Week magazine to strip out the extraneous links and information that appears with each article?

Yes, but you will have to modify the recipe. FireFox and FireBug are used to find the tags for the extraneous items to remove and remove_tags is the method commonly used to remove them.

Thanks. I thought that since there was the ability to print the article, and the print version was clean, there might be a way to use that to our advantage. But in looking at the URLs there I don't notice a difference between the pages so that was a dead end.

Not sure how to use the FireFox or FireBug method. I'm new to Calibre and not a programmer or scripting literate so making those modifications are beyond me. Maybe someone more knowledgeable could make the modifications.

I've already fixed this recipe (used the new auto_cleanup functionality)
