It looks like they're updating them one by one. The Pocket Edition is now at its sale price but the other two haven't been updated yet.

Huh, nice. I'm a little surprised, I bet they're going to have a lot of annoyed customers who bought in that two-week no sale period.

I'm sure that the "sale" prices will become permanent sooner rather than later. The list prices are unrealistically high in today's market.

Most retailers will refund the difference as long as it was purchased within the last 15 days or so. I'm not sure about Sony, but they probably will too. It certainly doesn't hurt to ask--and be persistent if necessary.

Unrealistically high with no WiFi in two models. What happens after the holiday shopping season is over. The enthusiasts will have purchased theirs already. Gift giving is over. I can only imagine what they'll be going for this summer. I'll wait. Would be nice to pick up a 950 for $199.

It doesn't specifically say "eReaders" are eligible, but I just used it last night to buy a PRS-350. It didn't work when scanned, so I brought the manager over and asked them to honor it. He hesitated, then said "ok, we'll do it."

It also helped that I reminded him that this coupon is what brought me in and it's very frustrating that they are becoming so hard to use (terms and conditions, exclusions, fine print, etc, etc, etc). I told him there are FAR too many places to buy stuff from nowadays (...Amazon, etc) and if I have to jump through hoops, I'll just never come back to Best Buy. Really, it's simple.

He understood my frustration and rang up the 10%.

So, it may not be as easy as walking in, buying it, walking out, but for the price, it's worth the gamble.

You missed the B&H offering. Even though it will be almost a month from the time I ordered to when I will receive my PRS-950 (ordered on Nov 14th and schedule to be delivered on Dec 13th), I feel it worth it at that price. I way overpaid for the PRS-900 and tried not to make the same mistake.
