Some questions about kindle touch(5.3.2.1)
Here are the questions:
1).How can you wait for a pess of the home button from shell script? 2)How can you wait for a press of the power button from a shell script? 3)Where are the scripts that deal with sleeping and unsleeping? Yes, I do know about dos1s vent handler. I don't want to fiddle with them. |

1) waitforkey (IIRC, never used it myself)
2) Listen to some stuff over lipc (I don't recall the details off the top of my head, but it was discussed very recently). 3) What do you mean by that? (Because, yes, AFAIK, the easiest thing we have access to is listening to the right events, which is what dos1's tool does ). |

Three means whatever you call it when a screensaver is displayed. I didn't want to say turning on and off becausethat could be confused with the stuff in etc/upstart/. Thanks for the other two.

Okay, so, yep, same answer. The framework handles it, so, no 'scripts', really .
