This has a mere 2 flames on the ARE heat index (mind you, the included excerpt seems somewhat steamy, though that's probably about as explicit as it gets).

Heads-up: If you buy this from the ARE's mobile site, it is listed as $5.99. The discount doesn't show up until the step after you put the book in the cart. At the end of checkout though, the order total was $0.00 and the book was free.
