pdf reader SW with built in dictionary ?

Hi

I am using foxit these days to read books/articles (pdf) on my windows based computer as it lets me highlight and annotate, and I am really happy with it. The only thing which would make it perfect is a built in dictionary . Is there any SW which has a built in dictionary too?

thanks in advance
