dr1000 stuck at the "low battery" screen

I waited for a while to charge it after it started showing "low battery".
Now I have tried to recharge it for while few times, and it refused to start even after 5 hours of charging. the light is red when its charging, when i take it off, the light turns off too. I also tried to leave it for 11 hours, it still keep showing "low battery"
thanks

Perhaps the battery finally died or not? How long did you use your dr1000?

Did you try a normal reset or a hard reset (pressing the reset button for 60 seconds)?

it started to work again. It seems that I have to leave it alone for more than 10 hours and then recharge it again for a few hours. thanks
