How to install new fonts for M96 OnyxReader?
When looking at my old Kindle 6" (3rd gen) next to the M96 I *long* for the Kindle font.
Any pointers on firstly how to load fonts onto the M96 and secondly where to get (legally) the font the kindle uses (or a very close approximation) Thanks! |

The first part is easy: just connect your M96 to PC, create the folder named 'fonts' in it's root and drop your fonts there, 'ttf' ones are preferred. Alreader and CoolReader should see them.
As for the Kindle font - the only way to get it legally is to buy it. I belive Sanchez font resembles Kindle's native Caecilia close enough and it's free. Best regards, Mike |
