I cannot install calibre on Win7 64, screen-shot attached,
any idea?

try posting the question in the calibre main section and not the recipe sub forum. That might get you a better response.

0.7.21 contains that version, plus bug fixes.

Now that you have installed that version, to install 0.7.21 you must first uninstall calibre. If you do not, then bad things happen.
