BBC Radio 'Thinking Allowed' on copyright

The most recent 'Thinking Allowed' programme on BBC Radio 4 had an item discussing copyright.
It's available on the BBC's Listen Again service - if it's legally available in your area .

"INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW
Is copyright killing creativity? James Boyle is William Neal Reynolds Professor of Law at Duke Law School, North Carolina and the author of a new book The Public Domain: Enclosing the Commons of the Mind explaining the uneasy relationship between culture, copyright laws and creativity."

(The item starts about 18 mins in.)

Thanks for this. Will give it a listen after I've caught up with QI (at last, my licence fee is doing some actual good).

That should be the right one, Nate. The programme gets two airings on Radio 4; the first being on Wednesday 4th March.

You are correct. This is the right one. The time is different on the podcast; the segment in question doesn't start until 19:30.
