Any web-to-epub plugin for internet browser?

Sorry if this has been posted and answered in this forum.

Just wonder whether there is any web-to-epub plugin for, say, IE, or Chrome, which allows us to directly convert the displaying webpage to ePub without leaving the browser. Like what iSilo plugin does for IE.

Bookit Firefox extension - when it works it works very well (you should have Calibre installed, too). But it crashes Firefox in the latest version.

Instapaper.com allows you to save a webpage for reading it later and allows downloading the articles in epub format. Go to their website and get the bookmarklet.

If there are other options, I would like about them, too.

instapaper.com is really neat. I use it for a few web sites that have daily content and I just have to click the epub download and it grabs todays feed.

txtr has this built-in to their web service with a fairly decent plugin. If you use IE, that's a good option. And can stand the txtr iPhone app.
