Keemun and a cup of plain greek yogurt with blueberries and a bit of agave nectar. Some how my homemade version ends up with more calories then the store bought. I am not certain how that could be, given that the yogurt is the same and adding blueberries and agave should not add that many calories. It makes me wonder what the hell they are doing with the flavored versions that they make.

Vydorscope... looks as if you're having fun in the big city. Enjoy Charlie... did the new tea rate as an everyday drink? KK, I stitch with my awl in leather only. And the only large leather I can get here cheaply is water buffalo... No so nice for furniture. We want cotton or silk for the sofas and arm chairs. Need a sewing machine for those. I've found another box with tea as we were unpacking, and I've been chugging different teas all day long. Now it's off to the garden of a guest house, aptly named 'The Garden,' for a jam session with friends. It's soooo nice to be back here again! Stitchawl |

@Stitchawl - So far, the Russian Caravan looks good to replace my Scottish Breakfast for rainy mornings, and the Prince Charles is holding up, even when I lowered the temperature to 195F. (I much prefer to keep the water dispenser at that temperature if I can, since that works well for most Oolongs as well.) The Prince Charles blend may end up being more of an afternoon blend for me, however, if the O'Reilly stays the course.
I haven't made a final decision on an everyday replacement yet - I want to live with this for a bit more. Also, they have a couple of other blends that look promising and I'll order them up when I get a few more days in with the current batch. (This is all fun, since none of them have been something I wouldn't drink at all (can you say "Twinings"?), and I am enjoying the discovery process.) |

When I left home my mother said son
Go into the world...God almighty now But don't you go wrong So here I sit in a world without pain While the nectar of God.....God almighty now Flows through my veins ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vzq-gXarbQI ) Good morning, everyone! It's another good day to be alive... for some people. If you have tea (read:good tea) all is well in the world. And I have good tea once again. I wonder if I can get a Tea IV? We played up a storm last night, and I wore away the tops of two fingers. No pain any more, but no one is going to hire me as a hand model. Of course, no one was beating down my door to offer me modeling jobs before either, so nothing lost. More unpacking to do today. Different companies delivered desks, chairs, bureaus, cabinets, etc., so we have places to put stuff, but I really want to know why... why... why... just putting things into a cardboard box causes them to expand? There seems to be a LOT more stuff coming out of these boxes than went in! And it seems that we are throwing away more stuff than we did when we packed the boxes too! That means we paid to ship garbage... Oh well... Quote:
How can you go more than a few days without tea? This boggles my mind. Don't you realize the irreparable damage you are doing to yourself? Please, PLEASE... don't travel that path. It can only lead to disaster. Tea every day is a must! Stitchawl |

Coke Zero with lunch.
I missed my bus this morning for the first time. But I can live with once a month, if that's how it turns out. (My train is due in at 8.18. The bus leaves at 8.20. If the train is on time, I'm fine. Today it was three minutes late...) |

This morning, the O'Reilly blend, but at 195F. Not as good as it was @ 208F. It has lost some of that brightness that gave it character. Still smooth, but now not as interesting. |

Did more foot touring of Philly today. Covered about 7 miles, walked among probably 100 geese that did not bother to notice me at all, and burned around 900 calories. Posted 14 new pictures to my Flikr
