Triple Spacing from PDF-to-Epub Output

I'm trying to convert a normal-looking PDF. The epub output is triple-spaced.

Can anyone suggest a way of getting the output to be single-spaced (like the original)?

Thanks,
Nicholas Kormanik

My problem is double spacing and a hard line break at what seems to be soft carriage returns.
A PDF to RTF converter handles the file correctly (when opened in Word) but still converts incorrectly. Version 7.28 does this as well as the previous one I used.

Make sure the line un-wrap factor under pdf input is set to the default of 0.45 under the conversion options.

I found the solution to my triple-spacing issue: I first converted the pdf file (using Acrobat) to very basic html first. This html then converted to epub quite well using Calibre.

Thanks, that was the problem. I guess it was set to zero by the last update I did.
