Broken screen - how to contact tech support ?

Hello,

after I accidentally dropped a phone on my Irex DR 1000 S-XW-GR
the display is partially broken Sad Sad

I wanted to contact IREX tech. support,
but when I tried to log in at http://support.irexreader.com/ I only got this message:

"Your account has been disabled. You are not permitted to log in."
And then I found out, that the company is in trouble...

Is it possible somehow to contact the support?
Do they still repair the "old" devices ??

Thanks...

The display of DR1000S is easy to be broken? How easy? Because some threads about it has been seen here and it seems that it is not easy to get A/S now..

I unfortunately dropped my cell phone from about ~1 meter on the device
-without- a cover (damm! would I close it, it wouldn't happen)

The screen is partially defect. I don't think this is a standart situation,
but yeah it sees easy to get broken for me.. With standard lcd it wouldn't be an issue..

Somebody any ideas how to contact the support ??

Given Irex Technologies seems to be declared bankrupt, I'm afraid you're not gonna find any official support at all.

From the bits and pieces published, it seems IRX Innovations only took over the DR 800 line for the restart and that leaves the Iliad and DR 1000 owners out in the cold with regards to support. Besides that IRX appears to be targeting B2B only. No B2C anymore.

Other people here on the forum already reported about their support request no longer being handled. That's probably the best indication of current support status.

I'm keeping my my DR 1000S will stay alive for some time to come.
