You can try All to MP3 Converter 1.6. This software gives you the ability to convert files to MP3 directly from Windows Explorer. But it's not free.

It's main benefit is in operating with DRM-protected media (your case!)
ST is very well done & I like it

You can also try the freeware "swiss knife" of audio converters - dbPowerAMp Music Converter

A surefire way is to burn the WMAs to an Audio CD and then rip that CD to MP3. Takes longer but works if you don't have the reqd. software in hand and you also get a backup copy !

Any audio editing and converting software can be of use. Suggests FlexiMusic Wave Editor. Directly can't read WMA file in FlexiMusic Wave Editor, so play and record the Wma file in the software and then using the "Save As" command, convert and save the Wma file as Mp3 format. While using this command, it will ask for change in bit rate where you can change (lower) the bit rate Mp3 of your choice. Then upload the saved file format (Mp3) to your mobile.

I use Convert-tune. It converts audio files to different formats.
The tool also has free CD Ripper and free CD Burner.
