iRex 1000s shipped quickly

This week I ordered a iRex 100s online from the iRex Shop.
I paid by credit card.
15 hours later I had an email from UPS stating that they had commenced the process of delivery.
(iRex is in Holland, I am in Australia).

I write this for 3 reasons:
One, iRex are to be congratulated for their super-service.
Two, it is easy to post negative posts driven by anger (I am guilty of this). Sometimes it is good to praise products.
Three, some other posts criticise the support, delivery time etc of iRex. For me, they have been great.

Glad you've had agood service.
I've been very happy with their tech support teams and their UK rep, Libresco.

Hope you enjoy the DR, it does still have a few outstanding software foibles to be resolved which will, hopefully, be done soon. Thye did promise end of this year but that is looking somewhat doubtful.

Thanks guys.
I have just been rung by UPS to advise that the DR is here in Australia!
I will collect it on Monday ... only 2 more sleeps until then.
I will report back.
