Kepub option no longer comes up with new Calibre version
I upgraded Calibre to the latest version (3.43) and I no longer have the option to convert ebooks to kepub. My main readers are Kobo, so this is not a good development. Has anyone else encountered this with the latest version?

I just set a book to my aura2. It is now just EPUB.
The Kobo (extended touch?) driver seems to not grab it on the way.
It also is not using the Template that comes up when I click "configure this device" (connected device icon), but is using the 'my Default one' from preferences (this is more complex)

You should report this in the kobotouch extended plugin thread. This is not something done by calibre itself.
