PRS-T2 no Annotation Limit OR other app

I have a rooted Sony PRS-T2, which was after rooting updated to 1.0.05...

I need to export unlimited Annotation to use it in Excel (in need columns of bookname, page, higlighted text in the book, given titel by highlighting).

Exporting the Annotation from books.db works well. But the problem is the limitation (200 chars only). I read i have to change something by EbookHome.odex, but i am not able to do this. I even overwrote it with the one from rupor.minimal (installing rupor.minimal is not possible with 1.0.05), but there is still am limitation. Any Idea?

Or is there any other app, which can annotate (in pdf and epub) and export them, so that i can use them in excel.

The good news: I managed to install rupor.minimal, although i have updated to 1.05.05. I changed the numbers in "flash_reader.bat" (my reader was rootet before the updae to 1.05.05):
"if /I "%%a" NEQ "1.0.05.12140" if /I "%%a" NEQ "1.0.05.12140"

The bad news: although i thought, there is no more limitation for annotations in rupor.minimal, there is still the 200 character limitation.
