Firmware Update Kindle touch update question

Right now I have 5.3.2 firmware on my kindle. I read the developer section, and as far as I understand, there is jailbreak possible for 5.3.7 (latest update) but jbpatch doesn't support this version.

So is it wise idea to update to 5.3.7 latest firmware or don't touch anything at all?
