HTM to EPUB Loses images
I've exported a Microsoft Word docx file (which contains pictures) to an HTM file which automatically creates a media folder which contains the embedded png/jpg files. I've viewed this HTM file from Internet explorer and the pictures show up fine there.
Upon importing the htm into Calibre, Calibre creates a zip archive which appears as the following: However, after converting it to an epub, the pictures don't show up. thanks for any help, -- cacotigon |

Any ideas? I tried using RTF which preserves images, but it screws up all the formatting.

Is this a "simple" html, i.e. from export -> "web page filtered".
Another possibility is to use LibreOffice and export as a .odt file. Last edited by wallcraft; 04-02-2012 at 07:25 PM. |
