Books Kindle to Calibre

I am having a similar problem to a thread sent before but this one different. The original thread concerned problems loading books ex Kindle to Calibre but were all AZW1 files.

Now I am having the trouble with books AZW file extension that were loaded from Amazon via Wi-Fi to my Kindle. In trying to load them into Calibre (which I have been doing for a year and a half) they are now coming up with errors (but not all of them). I have struck some in the past with Amazon DRM but they still always load into Calibre but may not be able to be loaded into the Calibre book reader.
I have pasted below the error messages from Calibre:

calibre, version 0.8.29

Another strange thing happened where Calibre (for the title of the book) included the location of the file. Never seen this before. I have attached a screen shot from this.

Help!!!

If you have one of those 'removal' plugins installed.
un-install it (and maybe get a update)
