Problem synchronising new files
Hi! If this question has been posted here before, I apologize.
I did not use my PRS-350 for about a month, during which time the battery was drained and recharged twice. Yesterday I tried to upload new content, using the Reader for PC program, but I kept getting a pop-up message saying: 'not enough space for copying files'. I deleted some content from the reader, but I kept getting the message. I tried again today, to no avail. I checked the capacity status, which tells me I still have 53 MB of space left, and the new content I'm trying to upload is much smaller than that. I tried to contact Sony support, but could net get through. I have also tried re-booting and soft reset. Can anyone give me some advice on how to fix this problem? Thank you in advance! |
