Battery life is very short after Jailbreak

About 10 days ago I Jailbreak my Kinle 3 WIFI and installed screensavers, kterm (terminal) and usbnetwork.

The battery lasts much less. Like 2 days without use and WIFI turned off. Before Jailbreak it lasted 20 days of regular use.

The Linux terminal was very important to me, but the battery should be harming.

Someone with the same issue? Any idea?

I suspect it's kterm fault. Try removing it, or find something to run it only when needed.

Killing Kterm process (and removing from boot process) solved the issue.

i don't install kterm
but after updating firmware from 3.2.1 to 3.3 and started to read foreign language books
battery life began so short
what do you think about?
