You can generally find bundles of DRM removal tools for all or most formats floating around BitTorrent if you search on the right keywords. Bear in mind that using them may or may not be legal in your locality (if you're in the USA, the DMCA prohibits any removal of DRM), which is why it's site policy not to provide direct links.

Baen Webscriptions is another DRM-free store.

Yes. I had a nook and read Sony ePub books on it. Sony books are right justified and look great on the nook.

I assume you mean "justified" or "full justified". Right justified would mean that the right side all align but the left side is jagged.
