Question Dumb iSilo PPC question...

I've been trying to set up iSilo to sync to the memory card on a freind's PPC but it's not working. The iSilo log is giving the error: "Failed[5] to install to user: Anna:" and nothing is being synced.

The iSilo username is correct for the PPC and the channels (taken from WCC_VFS120a) are all listed as syncing (via ActiveSync) to "Anna (External memory card)" in iSiloX. There isn't an entry for iSilo in the ActiveSync conduit list (I'm not sure if there should be). The iSiloX Clipper, however, works perfectly.

This strikes me as a pretty basic problem but I'm not a PPC user and it's got me stumped -- I can't find any mention of it in the forums. Anyone got any clues..?
