Also Amazon just dropped the HDX by $30. It would [I adding to Dr D post] to Say Which you have... size wifi only 3G etc with or without ads!

Have you contacted Amazon about a refund, even though you are over the limit? You may fall into the special holiday refunds window, which goes until Jan 30, I believe. Or, you may have to pay a restocking fee, which would certainly be less than what you are losing by selling it here. Give them a call, and good luck.
