*I* need more than two weeks to plan. At work, I normally need at least 6 weeks notice for anything other than a conference call. This year is even more busy -- I'm booked into October already. Fortunately I'm not continuously booked, but it's shocking to see how full my calendar is.

good luck with your calendar, that sounds really crazy !!! good that you'll plan ahead though, so hopefully everyone who wants to come, will be free.
