smileydocs for iPad (PDF reader)
I found this free iPad application for PDF reading (plus some other text formats). This is pretty good for what it does. In some ways it is better than GoodReader. I cropped a PDF file in acrobat and when I imported the file in Goodreader it shows grey background for the area which has been cropped. However smileydocs makes it white so the document doesn't look unusually thin.

Best reader that I have found so far has been Readdledocs. Not free but reads PDF and doc, docx files easily. The biggest PDF that I have used so far has been 66.50 MB file (4,248 pages). It goes to a "safe-mode" viewing that is slower, but still able to view the document.
I have been kicked out of some files at times, but 95% of the time, it works great |
