HELP!!!

Hi there!!! I am new to the forum and I have tried EVERYTHING - and i mean EVERYTHING to fix this damn kobo

I have the kobo wifi... NEVER had an issue until recently... my kobo froze on me while loading a book, and i reset to factory defaults. when I did that everything seemed fine... I got the 100 classics back, (redeleted those) and went to sync up kobo desktop....

I have 126 books in my kobo desktop library.. when it was done syncing it said i had 588 books... w..t...f!!!!!

So i went to check out one of these books that magically appeared... all it would do is open the cover and say loading along the bottom ... and never did anything else.

I have tried factory resetting.. tried deleting the kobo clean... tried the corrupt database repair.. everything...

HELP!!!!
