PDF ebook convert to Kindle format - with a lot empty lines

Hello!
I am new to this forum and also a new owner of the Kindle 3.
I tried to convert my PDF ebooks to the Kindle format.
Well, I am able to read it in the Kindle but it doesn't look good. It's because there is an empty line every two or three lines. Can anyone tell me what goes wrong?

You could try tweaking the line un-wrap factor under the pdf input options. Default should be set to 0.45, but it appears that on some user's machines it may be set to zero. Try 0.45 or possibly something a bit lower.

Welcome to Mobileread.

Download and install calibre then review the manual.

Once you have an idea of how things work convert the PDF to Mobi (Kindle's common format). If you have any further questions start a new thread and ask for help.
