Calibre doesn't recognize Nook after update.

I updated Calibre to 0.7.32 running under 64 bit OpenSuse Linux 11.3. Since the update, Calibre will no longer recognize my Nook. I have never had any trouble in the past and I have no trouble accessing the Nook from my file manager. Calibre sees the Nook, but appears to be missing its dbus module. Here is the debug output:

Cannot Sync after Update anymore

Hi,

Its frustrating, i shouldn't have changed a "running system"

I am using Linux Mint 9 and after the update to Version 0.7.3.2 i cannot sync my Sony PRS-600 anymore. It's recognized by the OS but not within calibre....

What can i do ? Rollback ? But how ?
Or wait for the next update ?

Andy

Connect your device then go to Preferences - Misc - run Debug device detection and post the results here.

Oh, in case it helps - the version of 0.7.3.2 I installed was the command line version for unsupported distributions, not the rpm. I've used this method for every update of Calibre in the past as well.

hi,

Amazing lively and fast forum here, i didn't expect so many answers in that short time ;-)
I always use the command line version, as bearymore suggested...works best and is up-to-date...

I am downloading it in this moment and then installing it right after..Will report the results...

Thanks and later, Andy
