Cannot upload to Kindle

I have uploaded 2 books successfully after converting them with Calibre.

But, the 3rd book will not upload. Below is the message I get.

Attention
An unexpected error occurred. We have been notified and will look into it as soon as we can. Meanwhile, please try again in a few minutes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I checked the formatting after the conversion and the font size changes in several places in the manuscript. In the original manuscript it is consistent. So, I believe something is happening in the conversion with Calibre, but i don't know what and can't seem to fix it. I am converting from an RTF format.

Is this error during the conversion, or during sending it to the Kindle? If during sending to the Kindle, maybe the Kindle is out of space?

If it already converted, try opening it with the Calibre viewer, or with Mobipocket Reader, or with Kindle4PC, and see what message you get.

This is due to the conversion. When i view my original file the fonts are good, formatting, etc. When I convert in Calibre and then view in Calibre there are places where the formatting is off, and the font changes size, by quite a bit. And it always happens in the same places. I think I am getting the error message due to this, but in any case i would want it to look perfect in Calibre view before uploading anyway.
