Which ebook stores support gifting ebooks?

Another key feature for me is whether an ebook store site lets people buy me books as gifts. Do any stores support this? I don't see any evidence of this on kobobooks.com and I'm assuming Amazon does this, as it supports wishlists for other products.

Amazon doesn't. But they let you send an electronic gift certificate and suggest the book you wanted to gift in the comment field.

You can buy a gift certificate at just about any ebook store. I don't know of any that suppor giving books to friends. Piracy, DRM, blah blah

My mother sends me gifts from the Sony store all the time. I get an email with a message from the giver and a code to redeem it.

ETA: It's just a gift certificate, but she can write on the email what book she intends it for if she likes.
