Sony PRS-650 and AAC?
Well,along with mp3...how big bitrate mp3 it plays,vbr?cbr?It plays plain AAC only?Or AAC+ or even AACv2 (doupt on this one)?Also for aac:cbr,vbr?Max bitrate for aac?

Try reading the spec on Sony's site... very few people use an eReader for music, some use for audiobooks (quality far less relevant than for music) but for music most of us use a music player... rather have the extended battery life for reading than chew it up on audio...

Sony site says only unencrypted mp3,aac.I never ever meet encrypted ones.Sounds like noob made system specs sheet anyway.There is mp3 and there is mp3,same goes for aac format,even more.Just asking..i have mobile phone for music.
