I think this forum should have a sticky for version changelogs (official, and what's been found through source-combing)... In case this ends up being the changelog thread, I don't mind updating it as more info's released, here we go.

At the Kindle Forum there are varying reports on what improvements and fixes there are (remember this is all guess-work and not official) -
Fixes for the Kindle DX.
Faster deletes.
Faster going in and out of sleep mode.
More precise moves of the 5-way cursor.

Been out of it for a bit, but updated to 2.3 information.

not sure, would this apply to the European version as well? saw some PDF on one here, it looked poorly cropped and fonts were almost dancing on the screen :-(

updated for 2.3.3. looks like K2 & K2DX firmwares are now synched, which make this job a bit easier for the future, we'll see.

Will add 2.3.4 and 2.5 info once they hit release, which might skip 2.3.4 altogether, but we'll see.
