Translating with Babelfish it says:
V3+/new of hardware: v3asetup-cr3-0-44-5-20110214.zip (117.0 mb.) (it is suitable for all versions of iron, but it contains Chinese shelf - there is no series, alternative choice [chitalki])
V3+/old of hardware of only: v3asetup-cr3-0-44-5-20110214-oldhardware.zip (86.1 mb.) is suitable only for the old revisions of iron (to the end of autumn 2010). Shelf is normal (series, alternative [chitalki])

This would indicate that the hardware (iron) has not changed but the Chinese support is only on the newer device although I am not quite sure what shelf means. Probably a bad translation of that word. The firmware is larger on the new one for sure.

According to buggins

Simple test - if piercing with the old shelf does not earn - means iron new, and it is necessary to [pereproshit] with the new shelf

So try the old first and if it fails you have a new one.
