How to prevent ellipsis orphan?

Using the correct AP (and I believe Chicago style) for ellipsis, orphans of them seem to occur at the end of paragraphs as

Quote:

"This is a big block of paragraphed
text that uses AP and Chicago ellipsis
styles. But they can leave orphans
..."

How can I prevent this in ePub-valid CSS?

Use   before the ellipsis instead of a normal space.
