Loading/Pasting ebooks into Calibre??

If I have ebooks in, say, the Sony Software, what is the best way to get them into Calibre so that Calibre can then load them into my ereader?

Exact details, please!

Select Add Books - Add books from a single directory.

Point Calibre at the folder with your books. Normally My Documents\My Books\Reader Library

Hit Ctrl-A to select all the books, and then hit Open.

Calibre will import all the books that are you bought from the Sony store.

I hadn't realized it was so easy to make Calibre browse to a different source folder for books to retrieve. I thought I would need to <drag> the books to the default folder that Calibre is already pointed to.

You can drag books directly into library view also, like from folder to folder. Just select the books you want to add from the place they currently are and drag.
