My Kindles and iPod Touch Deregistered... Not By Me!

very weird ! did you account get hacked ? or is it just a server error ? can you re-register them ? maybe amazon doesn't love you anymore and broke up with you !

I can re-register easily but I want to talk to Amazon first and find out why. I'm working today, so I may not get to it until later or tomorrow.

Please let us know what Amazon has to say when you contact them. I'm rather curious as to what is going on.

The call back was immediate.

Talked to a guy named "Pete". He was very apologetic and said they were having network issues, and that it should all be cleared by now. I tried logging on again, and got my old page back. He said everyone should be able to log on now.

I wouldn't ever try to 'reregister' before I talked to Amazon. I can see a big mess doing that.........

Phew! That's the first issue I've seen with Amazon, they are one of the best companies with the servers and network (I also use them for backing up data from my computers, works great)
