I am using calibre to add an image to an epub file I have and I'm getting an error that I'm not sure how to interpret. I have used the tool successfully in similar use cases.
When performing the "Convert books" function I am getting the following error:

Conversion Error: Failed: Convert book 1 of 1 (Eden Legacy)
Python function terminated unexpectedly
Error -3 while decompressing: invalid distance too far back (Error Code: 1)

See the line "badzipfile"
you have a damaged container (the EPUB).
Okay - yes I saw that but then I can open it just fine in iTunes and on my iPad it is just the cover art is missing which is what I am trying to add. I saw that the process attempted to use a "more forgiving parser" but then resulted in the error so thought it might be something with calibre itself.
