New Yorker Recipe missing byline info
On downloading The New Yorker through the recipe included with calibre 2.12 on mac for my kindle paperwhite, the byline does not appear while viewing the article (ie no "by Author"). This is true both on the built-in calibre viewer and on the kindle article view but not true on the TOC view on the kindle. (see attached screenshots).
