problems with PSR 650
Have had PRS 650 for 6 months, no problems on windows. Recently purchased Mac. Downloaded reader library OK but it wont recognise my reader. Get ERRE where is should pick up device. Also cannot authorise the reader - maybe because it wont recognise it? Can someone please help? Janelle

Welcome, Janelle and I'm sorry you are having trouble with the new Mac.
Have you tried a complete shut down and then power up on the Mac?
Also, you may want to check out the links to our Wiki in the Sony Reader Info, Start-Up and Reset Guide Thread to see if something there could help.
