The actual price should be $699 we think - and $810 is an error due to the addition of VAT.

I wouldn't call it an error. The software can't determine if you are exempt from VAT until you enter your address. Once you do, the VAT is discounted and the lower price is shown.

They just don't explicitly say this on the web store.
