Is it possible to show the ISBN in the book details pane?
I have the main Calibre grid, the tag browser and the book details showing.

In book details I have
Formats:
Tags:
Path:
Genre: (this is one of my custom columns)
Quality: (this is one of my custom columns)

as well as the descriptions that have been downloaded.


I was wondering if it is possible to show the ISBN as well.

Preferences > Add your custom columns > Add a user-defined column (Plus Button) > Quick create: click ISBN > OK > Restart calibre

Awesome, thanks for the fast, and correct response, that seems sort of hidden but then again I'm sort of slow and only partially through the user manual, thanks.

Read this sticky post from the Library Management sub-forum. At the end it has the info atjnjk stated and some other good examples.
