iBooks: No Support for Selection & Copy/Paste Operations of SVG Texts on EPUB

After finding any solution to my problem I've posted at:

I happen to read the standards for conforming SVG viewers from:
http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/text.html#TextSelection

Since iBooks support SVGs, I was expecting that it should also support text selection on SVGs. But after reading the standards and doing some tests, I think that my assumption is true, that the iBooks App for iPad doesn't support text selection and copy/paste operations for SVGs yet. I've already tested some of my SVGs in iBooks App on iPad and have no luck to select the text on the SVGs. If my assumption is not true, then I stand to be corrected. Does anyone know how to make the text selectable in SVG? I have some attachments here as examples. Please help.

Better yet, Apple should add this to their next version release of the iBooks App.

Hi Reuben, I've think that I also found that selecting and copy/paste for SVGs isn't working in the iBooks app... Think it's safe to say that Apple hasn't added this function. Yet.

Thank you for proving that with me. So, I guess I'll send a feedback to Apple for them to add this feature on their next version release of iBooks app for the iPad.
