Epub to Mobi conversion

Hello
I'm using Calibre to convert ePub files to Mobi. Usually works great but my latest attempt is failing, producing following list of errors when I click the 'show details' button – can anyone point me in the direction of what might be wrong?

The epub file is missing an ncx Table of Contents. Still calibre should be able to handle that, so opena ticket and attach the epub file.

Thanks Kovid, will do. There is an ncx file, but maybe there's something wrong with it.
