Book went to Documents not Library

I just purchased a book from B&N. Downloaded to Desktop.
Opened Calibre and had book moved to Nook.

Somehow, it put it into Documents. What did I do wrong?

How can I move book to Library?

You did nothing wrong. Calibre always places the books in "My Documents", which is the correct place. Only content purchased from B&N, and downloaded from the device, will go to "Library". So, simply sync your device and your book will show up in the Library folder.

To sync it just select "check for new content" when you are in My Library or whatever and connected to wifi or 3G. (assuming you have an eink nook. I know little to nothing about nook color)
