Acer Iconia A500 File Upload issue

Hi, I bought a new acer iconia A500 from Best Buy 3 weeks back. I was able to upload pdf and epubs files and for last week onwards its giving me "copy file error" for any pdf or epub file i try to upload from laptop to tablet using USB port. I have tried doing the factory resetting also.

Any idea what could be the reason? I can;t return the device for replacement also since its 3 weeks now.

The error i am getting is:

"The file type is not supported on this device. If its a media file, you may be able to use Windows media Player to convert the file to a playable format prior to transfer. Do you wish to skip the file?"

Regards
Satya

Satya,

I get the same "error" when transferring videos to my Asus Transformer.
It's really more of a "warning" than an error. I just click "No" and it uploads the file just fine.

Hi ebsebs,
My case is little bit different. dialog box shows the message with "Skip", "Skip All", "Cancel" buttons. Any button i click the popup goes of but file don't get uploaded.

I tried doing a download from internet using google docs there also its showing download error after sometime..

I guess acer is packing bad things in new cover.
